Transport yourself to the warmth of southern Italy for a one-of-a-kind dinner with Marameo, That's Amore Cheese and Vino Bambino. The team from Pugliese winery Menhir Salento will join us online to introduce local varietals of Negroamaro and Primitivo that you will enjoy in the comfort of your own home, complemented by a menu of That’s Amore’ burrata cheese with braised radicchio, apple puree and chestnut crumble, followed by Marameo's slow braised beef cheek served on a silky cacio e pepe mash, with a stunning raspberry tart for a sweet finish.
