Hand harvested and estate grown, the rich loamy soil combined with precise viticulture and experienced winemaking yields wines of exceptional quality and great character.

Tasting note

Colour: Deep purple red with a crimson hue

Bouquet: Aromas of black plums, spices & cassis.

Palate: The palate of blackberries & white pepper combine to define this elegant cool climate Shiraz. Maturation in French oak for 12 months gives complexity and structure.
