TASTING NOTES : Complex and austere wine, evokes rocks, rosemary and bitter orange on the nose, but also red fruits. Vigorous tannins on the palate, which then
opens up into a finish of liquorice and balsamic notes. We produce our
Barolo Riserva San Bernardo in only the best vintage years.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Roasted and braised meat, game, strong and mature cheeses.Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
