Maturation: During the month of November is placed in tonneaux (500 l) of French oak. Here, it takes place the second fermentation (malolactic fermentation). The wine is then moved together with the deposit using the method bâtonnage and, after pouring and cleaning, it is placed inside the same tonneaux for 15 months.
