Prinsi - Neive, Piemonte
In the magnificent territory of Langhe, this story recalls the exclusive link between a family and her land. Located in Neive - Piedmont, in the so-called Langhe and more precisely in the Barbaresco growing area.
Prinsi cellar shares in 4 four parts. Since 1970’s the design concept aimed at rationalising and simplifying the whole process.
During harvesting, grapes are softly pressed, destemmed in the related unit and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks in the making unit.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, younger wines that don’t need a long ageing, dwell in stainless steel vats, while the Barbera d’Alba and the Nebbiolo dedicated to the Barbaresco production have proper ageing in wooden barrels and casks.
